This FEURICH upright piano was part of a very limited batch made especially for South Africa and mine was made specifically for Paarl and has not travelled outside of the Western Cape. It is rare, beautiful and in excellent condition. It is over 100 years young and and looks as good as the day it was made.
My piano has been valued at a resale price of R30 000, I would prefer not wait for the sale at the shop and am therefore dropping the price.
Feurich was one of the greatest German piano companies, but had the bad luck to be located in East Germany in a major city that was bombed to bits and the factory was destroyed in WWII.
Feurich pianos are in the same class as Bösendorfer which is to say they have the highest quality and resale value. Unfortunately very rare today. Mine is even rarer and good to go, all it needs is a tune.
